MINUTES
AGM THURSDAY 11 DECEMBER 2025

Richard Moon welcomed members to the meeting and reviewed the year's activities.  This included the year's demos and workshops, including Neen Sidnell's workshop that had been very well received.  There had been the annual exhibition and the outdoor painting day at Nene Valley Railway, Wansford.

Carole Moon gave the treasurer's report, outlining that the Society had improved its financial position over the year.  There was a discussion on the reasons for that, mainly the decision taken a couple of years ago to reduce the number of demos from professional artists.  We discussed whether to increase these as we have the money to do so, and the Society is there to provide activities for members, not to make a profit.  There was also a discussion on whether to increase or reduce our prices, and it was agreed not to change these given the good financial position.

There was a general discussion on potential demos and other activities for the coming year.

Lynda Holloran has decided to step down from the committee for the coming year, and Martin Haynes kindly volunteered to join.  Subject to that change, the committee was re-elected for the coming year.
