COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY 23 JUNE 2025

The main purpose of the meeting was to make arrangements for the summer painting day, which was previously earmarked for Thursday 10 July at Nene Valley Railway, Wansford. We discussed various options, including one of the other NVR stations, or Burghley House, but subject to NVR’s agreement we thought Wansford was best. Richard Moon will contact NVR to make sure they can accommodate us.

We also discussed options for next year, and an outing by bus/coach, possibly shared with another art group were suggested. This might be to Cambridge and the Fitzwilliam Museum, or London to an exhibition in the Burlington Arcade.

Our next events this year are 9 October in the evening, with Amanda Jackson, and Monday 3 November in the morning with Nick Tearle. We then have our AGM on a date to be arranged, and the Christmas lunch at Milton on Friday 13 December.
